IMM Regulatory Watch

A daily read of Public Utility Commission of Texas proceedings, sorted for the questions ERCOT’s Independent Market Monitor would ask: what is on the agenda, what matters, and what needs a response.

Right now

How it works

  1. Pull
  2. ReadIt downloads new filings in the watched projects, extracts the text, and searches each one for references to the IMM. It also reads the IMM’s stated opinion on each rule change out of ERCOT’s Board reports.
  3. SortAgenda items go into Action, Watch or Not relevant, each with a reason. Reviewed calls come from reading the filings. Anything new is sorted by keyword rules and marked auto-sorted until a person reviews it.
  4. PublishThe pages are rebuilt and published, and the pulled data is saved to the repository, so each day’s changes stay on the record.
